Dear member,
On behalf of the Branch Committee of GMB@SAS, I would like to wish you all a happy and safe Christmas period.
This has been another difficult year and we have faced many challenges. From the Pandemic, to Demand and Capacity and now the ongoing dispute over pay, it has not been a straightforward time to work for SAS. Throughout, we have listened and represented your views and we will continue to do that into the coming year. As a member led Union, we value your views and ensure that your voice is heard at all levels. This year more than ever, I hope it is recognised that we are stronger and more effective by sticking together.
The Branch continues to grow in membership numbers and we have had some new Reps join the Team which is now proving to be a real boost.
To close, I hope all members can have some quality time with their families and friends over the next few weeks as it’s well deserved and much needed.
