As you will hopefully know, work has started to update the ACA and ACA D2 Job Descriptions. This is long overdue and something GMB had been requesting for a number of years.
All affected postholders should already have been sent a first draft of the JD’s from SAS. GMB have also sent out these versions to members today. It is important that members have their say on these JD’s, so please feedback your views to GMB by 5th August 2026 at 1700. It is only by taking this opportunity that GMB will get an understanding of your views. You should also feedback your opinions to SAS as they have requested.
If any members have not received a copy of their JD from GMB today, please get in contact with Ross Herbert, Branch Secretary, as soon as possible.
