GMB and our sister unions have been in negotiations regarding your dispute over rest break non-compliance.
These negotiations have taken much longer than they should have done and have been hard fought by your representatives.
However, we are now at a point where we believe we have achieved all we can through negotiation and have two Test of Change documents for you to vote on.

As we have reached the end of negotiations on these matters, if GMB members decided not to accept either document we would need to move to industrial action ballot.
Your ballot will close on Tuesday 7 April at midday.
